This site is to be used solely for the purpose of paying an Amarillo Area Public Health District, Environmental Health renewal fee. The balance must be paid in full to complete an online transaction. If there are questions about the balance due or if you are a new facility owner, please contact the Environmental Health office at 806-378-9472 before attempting an online payment. To complete the payment process, the facility's invoice number is required. The invoice number can be found on the top left of the payment due box on your facilities Permit Renewal Notice issued by the department. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted forms of online payment. Credit card and debit card transactions will include a non-refundable 2.65% convenience fee assessed in accordance with sec. 8-5-15 of the Amarillo Municipal Code. Once a payment is completed, you will be directed back to this screen. Please do not attempt to pay a balance on the same permit number more than once per day as it may result in duplicate charges on your selected form of payment. If you feel that your payment did not complete, please wait one business day to see if it has been reflected on your facility's account, contact your customer service or bank to confirm the transaction or call Environmental Health office before attempting to pay a second time on the same permit.
